  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed

🔥 Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Make the brownie batter

  1. In a large bowl, melt the butter.
  2. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy and smooth.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir just until combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreos.

Step 3: Make the cookies & cream topping

  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently swirl this mixture over the brownie batter in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top.

Step 4: Bake

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.
