Must Try

Cheese Ball Bites are the cutest, most snackable version of the classic party cheese ball—mini, poppable, and totally customizable. They’re perfect for holidays, game day, or anytime you want a classy little bite. Here’s a fun base recipe:

Cheese Ball Bites

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onion

Coating Options (mix and match!):

  • Crushed pecans or walnuts
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • Crushed pretzels or everything bagel seasoning
  • Paprika or smoked paprika (for a little flair!)

Extras:

  • Pretzel sticks or crackers for serving
  • Optional: grape halves or olives to stuff inside for a surprise

Instructions:

  1. Make the base:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, and salt/pepper until smooth. Fold in chives if using.
  2. Chill it:
Refrigerate the cheese mixture for 30–60 minutes so it’s easier to roll.
  3. Shape:
Scoop into tablespoon-sized balls and roll between your palms.
  4. Coat:
Roll each ball in your chosen toppings until fully coated.
  5. Serve:
Stick a pretzel in the top of each one if you want them to be grab-and-go! Arrange on a platter or chill until ready to serve.
