Ingredients (for the crust):
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
For the toppings:
- 1/4 cup sugar-free pizza sauce (or crushed tomatoes with herbs)
- 1/2–3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- Your fave low-carb toppings:
- pepperoni, cooked bacon, olives, mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, jalapeños, etc.
- Fresh basil or chili flakes, for garnish
